Sometimes I can close & reopen the app multiple times and then it will work, but even that has become less & less effective. The issue only occurs in the mobile app. I do not have the problem when using my laptop. ScreenConnect just opens an authentication screen inside the app. So if you have both apps on your phone and use SSO, you still have to sign in twice.
